Now the menus have been tweaked, the terrace is sundrenched and surrounded by blooms, the cocktails tested (and approved), the staff (theoretically!) know where everything is we think we’re ready for our launch party. To celebrate katy taking over the delice all on her ownsome we’re throwing a kind of Les Houches mini fete de la musique. Seeing as Les Houches isn’t a “party on a school night” kinda village and knowing most of you all will be heading into Chamonix for the 21st we thought we’d have a little warm up session on the Saturday night..
